You talk to the provider. Not to us. Investigateali Concrete passes your request along. After that, the conversation is between you and an independent local concrete business.

Who picks up depends on the business. It may be an estimator, a project manager, or the person running the crews. We do not name or vouch for any individual.

What Happens on the Call

Expect a short chat first. The provider will ask:

• What you want built
• The rough size
• Where the site is
• How trucks and equipment can reach it
• When you would like to start

Next comes a site visit. They measure, check the grade, look at drainage, and note anything in the way, like steps, fences, or trees. Then a written quote.

Availability varies by provider. Request a callback to check provider availability.

What to Ask an Independent Provider

Keep this list handy:

• Is the quote in writing, with the total price?
• How thick is the slab, and what base goes under it?
• Will it have steel or mesh?
• How will water drain away from the house?
• What is the plan for cold weather and curing?
• Are you licensed and insured where required? Can I see proof?
• What is the payment schedule?
• What happens if the slab cracks early?

For stamped patios, also ask to see a sample pattern and sealer plan.

You Stay in Control

You can say no. You can ask for more than one quote. You can ask for changes to the plan. Nothing is signed through Investigateali Concrete, and there is no obligation to hire anyone.

If a quote feels vague, ask for details. If it stays vague, move on.
