People who contact Investigateali Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.

• How your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, raise it with the provider first. Keep a written record.

Tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Be aware that Investigateali Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@investigateali.garden and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Settled?

If our reply does not resolve things, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. A state contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
